PartnerCare is not an insurance program that will pay Medical bills.  It is a special designation available to some low income Medicare recipients. Income limits PartnerCare is recognized in the state of WI by Doctors, hospitals and medical service providers who do not accept Medicare Assignment,if you meet the eligibility requirements.
